The NACSO sees Standards of
Excellence as a combination of
integrity and performance. Integrity
includes respect, ethics and intent.
Performance speaks to a business’s track
record of delivering results in accordance
with NACSO standards and/or addressing
customer concerns in a timely, satisfactory
manner.
The NACSO ensures that high standards for
Credit Services Organizations are set and
maintained. We exist so consumers and
businesses alike have an unbiased source to
guide them on matters of trust pertaining to
the credit services industry.
The NACSO Standards of
Excellence is an honor – and
not every company is eligible. Businesses
that meet our high standards are invited to
join the NACSO. Businesses meeting NACSO
standards are presented to local Boards of
Advisors (or designees) for review and
acceptance as a NACSO Standards
of Excellence member. To read

All NACSO members have agreed to standardize
on our set of policies and procedures
focused on how businesses should treat the
public – fairly and honestly in all
circumstances.
The NACSO does not compare businesses
against one another, but rather evaluates
businesses against our Standards
of Excellence – and our
standards clearly speak to the character and
competence of an organization.
The NACSO is the resource to turn to for
objective, unbiased information on
businesses. If the company you are
considering working with has the NACSO
Standards of Excellence seal and is a
member, then they have passed our rigorous
application and enrollment process to aid in
the prevention of fraudulent activity
throughout the credit services industry. |
