01/10/12 – NACSO BOARD ANNOUNCES OFFICERS FOR 2012-2013

January 10, 2012 - The National Association of Credit Services Organizations (NACSO) announces the results of the board's election of officers for 2012-2013.

  • Doug Parker, President - Parker is CEO of RMCN Credit Services, Inc., based in McKinney, TX. He has served on the NACSO board and recently as interim president. Since 1997, Parker has led RMCN Credit Services, Inc., from its inception as a small sole proprietorship to its 2008 and 2009 selection by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Ranked No. 408 in '08 and 1622 in '09 on the Inc. 5000 list, RMCN has risen to become a major employer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is recognized nationally as a leader in the financial services industry.

  • Randall Chesnutt, Vice President - Chesnutt is CEO of Improve My Credit USA, based in Houston, TX. Chesnutt is currently a Partner of Information Protection USA and Buyer Development Services, Inc. Information Protection USA's mission and sole focus is assisting companies with identity theft education, staff training, data breach prevention and protection of valuable company trade secrets and confidential business process. Buyer Development Services, Inc. is a credit services organization DBA Improve My Credit USA, which assists owners and individuals with understanding how credit plays a serious role, while protecting their long-term credit identity.

  • Ricardo Mendiola, Treasurer - Mendiola is CEO of Ricardo Mendiola founded MSI Credit Solutions in 2006. Prior to starting MSI, Ricardo had 1 year of credit restoration experience, as well as, 4 years in the collections industry. Now, with 9 years of industry experience, he has a wealth of knowledge that he uses to enhance MSI. After working in the collection industry, he was tired of being burdened by bad credit himself. Ricardo made a life changing decision to not only change his financial future but to also assist others who were plagued with the same credit issues. MSI received the 2009 Dallas Award for Credit Repair Services.

  • JoAnn Sworan, Secretary - Sworan is President of Real Estate CSO - a registered credit repair company she founded to educate and assist consumers and to inform Real Estate professionals and mortgage lenders about how credit reports can be managed. She has helped hundreds of Real Estate Agents understand the critical steps required for customers to obtain mortgages. Sworan comes to the credit repair industry after an accomplished real estate career, one distinguished by her service commitment to her fellow industry professionals. She has held numerous Director level board positions, including ones with the Chicago Association of REALTORS, Main Street Organization of Realtors and the Illinois Association of Realtors. JoAnn holds a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Illinois, a Continuing Education License in Illinois and a Graduate Real Estate Institute "GRI" designation. Currently, she serves on the Main Street Organization of REALTORS® Board of Directors in Illinois.
NACSO is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement of the credit repair profession through the promotion of education, ethical practices, and consumer fairness. NACSO sees Standards of Excellence as combination of integrity and performance. The association advocates industry standards and ethical practices for the credit repair industry. Founded in 2007, NACSO requires compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) as well as with any local or applicable state laws.
