FTC Delays Enforcement of the Red Flags Rule Until December 31, 2010

According to the FTC website on the Red Flags Rule, the FTC is delaying, once again, the enforcement of said rule until December 31, 2010, allowing more small businesses to determine if they meet the qualifications.
