NACSO's Material Review Service is a service
that will review all of your websites,
contracts, scripts, advertising to ensure
full compliance with the Credit Repair
Organizations Act.Some changes that we
provide will be mandatory changes while
others will be suggestions based on Best
Practices in the industry.
- Does your contract have all the
required documentation per Federal Law?
- Are you inadvertently promising to
remove accurate information from a
consumer's report?
- Are you charging for services before
services have been fully performed?
- Are you promising results?
These are just some of the items we will
look for. We have not performed a
Material Review Service yet that has not
violated the Credit Repair Organizations Act
or FTC Act.
